HEVIMAJA
Toista kertaa Nummirockin historiassa roudaamme paikalle kokonaisen mökkikylän!
1,8m x 2,4m kokoisia Hevimajoja pystyttetään rantaleirinnän puolelle.
Jokaisessa mökissä on kaksi sänkyä (60x190cm), pari hyllyä, minijääkaappi, lukko ja pistokepaikat mobiililaitteiden latausta varten.
Sängyissä on patjat, mutta omat petivaatteet tarvit mukaat, ellet sitten vuokraa niitäkin meiltä. Petivaatteiden vuokra on 25€/henkilö (sis. peitto, tyyny ja liinavaatteet).
Autoille on varattu erillinen parkkipaikka hevimajojen läheisyydestä. Hevimajan viereen ei voi parkkeerata.
Myös teltan pystyttäminen hevimajan välittömään läheisyyteen on kielletty.
ESTEETTÖMYYS
Hevimaja eivät ole esteettömiä. Hevimajat sijaitsevat nurmikentällä. Majoihin on matala kynnys ja oviaukko on leveä. Tämän lisäksi toinen retkisängyistä tulee osittain sisäänkäynnin eteen ja rajoittaa sisäänkäynnin alueella liikkumatilaa. Mökeissä ei ole kaiteita ja tila voi olla ahdas.
HEVIMAJAN VARAUS
Hevimajan voi varata ainoastaan koko juhannuksen ajaksi keskiviikosta 19.6. sunnuntaihin 23.6. Kahden hengen hevimajan hinta on 360€. Hevimajat luovutetaan varaajille saapumisjärjestyksessä.
Majan varauksen yhteydessä voit myös varata ennakkoon edullisemmat aamupalaliput Relaamoon torstai aamusta sunnuntai aamuun saakka.
Hevimajan vuokra on maksettava etukäteen, mikäli maksu ei näy tilillä 4 arkipäivän kuluessa, vapautuvat maksamattomat hevimajat seuraaville varaajille.
Toinen erä hevimajoja on myynnissä NYT tämän lomakkeen kautta.
HEVIMAJAN LUOVUTUS SUNNUNTAINA
Hevimajan varausaika alkaa keskiviikkona klo 18.00 ja päättyy sunnuntaina 23.6. klo 12.00, jolloin boksi pitää olla tyhjä omista tavaroista ja oman hevimajan ympäristö tulee olla siistittynä sallaiseksi kuin se oli saapuessasi. Mikäli kuitenkin poistut hevimajasta aikaisemmin, tulee siitä sopia alueen päivystäjän kanssa, että on paikalla tarkistamassa hevimajan kunnon. Avaimet palautetaan samassa yhteydessä valvojalle.

For the second time in Nummirock's history, we are bringing an entire cabin village to the site!
So you have the opportunity to reserve a beach plot with cabins for Midsummer.
Hevimaja’s size is 1.8m x 2.4m will be erected on the beach.
Each cabin has two beds (60x190cm), a couple of shelves, a mini-fridge, a lock and sockets for charging mobile devices.
The beds have mattresses, but you need to bring your own bed linen, unless you rent them from us as well. Bed linen rental is €25/person (incl. blanket, pillow and linen).
A separate parking lot is reserved for cars near the hevimaja's. You cannot park next to the hevimaja.
Setting up a tent in the immediate vicinity of the hevimaja is also prohibited.
ACCESSIBILITY
Hevimajas are not accessible. The Hevimajas are located on a grass field. There is a low threshold and a wide doorway. In addition, one of the camping beds is partially in front of the entrance and restricts the space available in the entrance area. There are no railings on the cabins and the space can be cramped.
HEVIMAJA RESERVATION
Hevimaja can only be booked for the entire period of midsummer from Wednesday 19.6. until Sunday 23.6. The price of a two-person Hevimaja cabin is €360 for the entire Nummirock period. The exact location of Hevimaja cannot be chosen, but the boxes are marked for each booker in the order of booking. However, you can choose the cabin on the side of the forest or the beach.
The rent of the Hevimaja cabin must be paid in advance, if the payment does not appear on the account within 4 business days after booking, the unpaid Hevimaja cabins will be released for other bookings.

SIGNING OUT FROM HEVIMAJA ON SUNDAY
Hevimaja's Reservation period starts on Wednesday at 18:00 and ends on Sunday, June 23. at 12:00, when the box must be empty of your own belongings and the surroundings of your own cabin must be as tidy as it was when you arrived. However, if you leave Hevimaja cabin earlier, you must sign out with the duty officer in the area to be there to check the condition of the cabin. The keys are returned to the supervisor at the same time.

Hevimaja rental does not include the festival ticket. Festival tickets must be purchased separately.
